The auditor of American Petroleum Institute came to our company to conduct a four-day on-site supervision and audit on the implementation of API Q1 management system and the use of API 6a and 16C from May 18th to 21st,2021.
The purpose of this audit was to conduct on-site verification audit for the non-conforming items that have been closed through the API website, verified the compliance of the company's quality management system operation, and the control ability of the design and manufacturing process of certified products, including the design and manufacturing of products, quality control, and the control of relevant personnel, activities, records, documents, etc.
In the process of on-site audit, according to the relevant API standards, the auditors adopted the sampling audit, and audit the technical design, manufacturing, quality inspection and other operating conditions of the enterprise by asking, consulting work records, on-site inspection and communication with on-site staff. The company worked well in meeting the audit, closely cooperated with the relevant personnel, seriously answered the questions, and accurately provided evidence and information.
At the last meeting, the auditor reported the audit report, and confirmed that the company's quality system met the requirements of API Q1 quality outline specification, and API Monogram products met the requirements of product specification. Yang Zhangjun, the general manager of the company, expressed his gratitude to the auditors for their audit work in recent days, and asked the relevant departments to draw inferences from one instance about the problems raised in the audit, seriously rectify and improve the quality management level of the company in an all-round way.
